Thanks to Nathan and the team from Response our property was sold in 3 HOURS, from the closing of our first and only open house to an accepted offer that we were extremely happy with.

The lead up to our sale was lengthy as we had decided we wished to purchase a property before selling ours, not a recommended thing but with Nathan's assistance it was relatively stress free. Nathan was the only agent that actually went out of his way to find us a property to buy, his team was willing to cold call and door knock properties that we requested, until we found the right one. Then it was all systems go to get our property on the market and sold as quick as possible, which was certainly

We always found Nathan to be both friendly and business like at the same time, always answering or returning our calls promptly and he has proven that not all real estate agents are dodgy there are still some good ones out there and he is certainly one of them.
